ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
The Foundation Level is the entry level qualification which offers candidates a general awareness of the key elements, concepts, and terminology used in the ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle. Our ITIL V3 Foundation training course covers the five Lifecycle stages, the processes used, and their contribution to Service Management Practices.
ITIL V3 Intermediate Level
ITIL V3 Intermediate level has a modular structure with each module holding a different focus. Candidates can take as few or as many Intermediate qualifications as they require and to suit their needs. The Intermediate modules go into more detail than the Foundation level and is an industry-recognized qualification.
There are nine Intermediate Courses. There are four (4) Service Capability modules that are process focussed and bsed on practice area clusters. There are five (5) Service Lifecycle modules that are management focused and based on each lifecycle phase. In all cases, certification by modules is earned by successfully passing (70%) a 90 minute exam, consisting of eight (8) complex, multiple choice, scenario-based questions
ITIL V3 Expert Level
The ITIL Expert level of qualification is aimed at those individuals who are interested in demonstrating a superior level of knowledge of ITIL Version 3 (V3) in its entirety. Candidates who achieve ITIL Expert level will also satisfy the pre-requisite entry criteria for the ITIL Master Level; the highest level qualification within the V3 scheme.
Once you have successfully completed all requisite ITIL modules and have earned sufficient credits, you will be eligible to apply for the ITIL Expert qualification.
